Bucaneros de La Guaira (Venezuelan LPB) landed 27-year old Canadian guard Devoe Joseph. He played recently at A.G.O Rethymno Aegean in Greek A1 league. Joseph also spent pre-season at Maccabi Kiryat Gat (Winner League) in Israel earlier this year.Among other achievements Joseph played in the final of Spanish Catalonian League in 2013. He received also All-Pac-12 1st Team award back in 2012 at his college time.
Joseph was a member of Canadian international program for some years. He was called to Canadian Senior National Team in 2013 and previously for U19 National Team in 2007.
Joseph is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in France (Cholet Basket), Montenegro (Buducnost), Turkey (Turk Telekom), Ukraine (Khimik) and Spain (Joventut). Joseph attended University of Oregon until 2012 and it is his fifth season in pro basketball.
