26 years old forward Doniyah Cliney has signed with the Spanish team Club Deportivo Celta Baloncesto. Doniyah has most recently been playing in Australia for North Gold Coast Seahawks where in 11 games she averaged 16.5 ppg, 7 rpg, and 2.4 apg. Before that she played in Sweden for IK Eos where she has been posting some stellar stat lines, averaging 19.2 points and 9.3 rebounds per game, along with 2.2 steals each outing. Before her time in Sweden, she enjoyed much success at the University of South Carolina, highlighted by an NCAA Division 1 National Championship her sophomore season in 2017.
