On Saturday in Eisenstadt 6th ranked Towers were defeated by third ranked Nord Dragonz 86-70. The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 49-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Nord Dragonz forced 22 Towers turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Croatian point guard Petar Cosic  fired a double-double by scoring 15 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners.
Four Nord Dragonz and five Towers players scored in double figures. Nord Dragonz have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Blackbirds. Newly promoted Towers keep the sixth position with seven games lost. Nord Dragonz will meet BBU (#4) in the next round. Towers will play against Future Team and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
