The game between third ranked Neptunas (4-4) and fourth ranked Siauliu Siauliai (3-3) was the most important one in the last round in Lithuania on Friday night. Neptunas was crushed by Siauliu Siauliai in Klaipeda 90-70. Siauliu Siauliai forced 24 Neptunas turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a great night for the American guard Savannah Plentovich who had a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds. In 28 minutes on the floor she has also added 5 assists and 4 steals for a final evaluation index of 24
Siauliu Siauliai maintains fourth place with 3-3 record. Neptunas at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. Siauliu Siauliai are looking forward to face LCC Tarp. (#5) in the next round. Neptunas will play against the league's second-placed Aistes-LSMU in Kaunas and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
