Eddie Basden has just been awarded as the most valuable player of the 2011 Scotiabank LNB League. Eddie played for Los Cocolos of San Pedro de Macoris. In 20 games Basden averaged 31.7 mpg, 17ppg, 5.8rpg, 2.1apg 2fgp53%, 3fgp 40% and FT 83%. Finished in the top statistical rankings of the Dominican Republic League: Ranked 7th place in both Points per game(17) and in steals per game(1.3) .Had Excellent shooting percentages as well: Ranked 2nd place in FT%(83%), 3rd place in 3FGP(40%)and 6th in 2FGP (53%).
