21 year-old Elma Dautovic signed with Icelandic team UMF Grindavik, where she already has played a game, delivering 10 games and 9 rebounds. Last season she has played for  Czech team Sokol ZVUS Hradec Kralove averaging  5.3ppg and 3.4rpg. She started the 2021/22 season with the Spanish Liga Endesa and Eurocup team Gran Canaria.
 Elma is one of the most promising players of the young generation of Slovenian women's basketball. A tall forward that her main characteristic is her great shoot. She can score with multiple ways, runs the floor well and pass the ball. She has set and off dribble shooting ability and is a good pick and roll player. Elma can also post up as she is difficult to guard due her long body. A very coachable and good player.
