19 year-old Elma Dautovic signed with Czech team Sokol ZVUS Hradec Kralove. Emma started the season with the Spanish Liga Endesa and Eurocup team Gran Canaria In 2020-21 she played in Spanish LF2 for Joventut Badalona averaging 6.5ppg and 3.1rpg in 22 games. Elma is one of the most promising players of the young generation of Slovenian women's basketball. A tall forward that her main characteristic is her great shoot. She can score with multiple ways, runs the floor well and pass the ball. She has set and off dribble shooting ability and is a good pick and roll player. Elma can also post up as she is difficult to guard due her long body. A very coachable and good player.
