Elvir Ovcina and Rashad Phillips will join the roster of the German Club LTi Giessen 46ers . 7'0'' Elvir Ovcina  is a well known player for the German Championship as he played from 2001/02 till 2003/2004 for Baskets Oldenburg and the following year had a successful season with RheinEnergie Koln, which he helped take to the German cup with a performance that earned him MVP of the final game title. The Bosnian Center has also played at the highest levels for other European Clubs such as Olympiakos, Khimik, and Oostende among others.. With BC Oostende won two national titles and a Belgian Cup. He has participated in both; the Euroleague and Uleb Cup competitions as well as representing his native Bosnia in many European championships. The American Point Guard Rashad Phillips is also a very experienced player; Rashad sighed his first European Contract back in the 2002/03 with Novara the Italian LegaDue Club, where he still holds the record for most points scored (51) I a game. He has spent the following seasons in European Leagues such as;  French Pro B for Alm Evreux, in the Turkish TBL for Tekelspur where he finished the season as the third scorer of the League, Greek A1 with Makedonikos and Baltic League for Valmiera.
