The teams were tied at 23 heading into the second term. Primorska used a 20:11 run in the second term to take a 9-point lead. They extended the margin in the third term. The Slovenian side entered the fourth period up by 13 points 63:50. Siroki outscored their opponents in the fourth term but could not avoid the loss. Marijan Cakarun delivered 14 points for the winners.
