Ferrocarril Oeste (Argentinain La Liga) signed 26-year old American forward Anthony January. He played last summer at Danang Dragons in Vietnamese VBA league. January managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week (2 times).Part of last season he spent at Ereliai Mazeikiai (NKL) in Lithuanian league where in 5 games he had 4.0ppg and 2.8rpg. January also spent pre-season at Cactus Tbilisi (Superleague) in Georgian league. In 5 games he recorded very impressive stats: 18.2ppg, 12.4rpg and 1.2bpg.Three years ago January was drafted by Los Angeles D-Fenders (D-League) in fourth round (73rd overall).He attended California State San Bernardino (NCAA Div.II) until 2016 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball.January's team made it to the Thailand Basketball League Semifinals in 2017.He has played also professionally in Thailand (PEA).
