Italian league club Fila San Martino Di Lupari agreed terms with 25-year old American guard Taysha Pye. She played last season at Gimle in Norwegian Kvinneligaen. In 14 games she was the best scorer with impressive 25.2ppg and averaged 8.3rpg (#3 in the league), 4.9apg (leader !!!) and 3.1spg (in top 2). She helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Quite impressive season as she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Norwegian Kvinneligaen Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and Guard of the Year. Pye graduated from College of William & Mary in 2012 and it is her second season as a professional player.
