Very predictable result when Lusitania  won against Barreirense in Angra 89-77 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 89-77. Lusitania made 25-of-26 free shots (96.2 percent) during the game, while Barreirense only scored eight points from the stripe.
It was a good game for American guard Four McGlynn who led his team to a victory with 40 points.
