The 6'6” American Forward Roger Powell has signed an agreement for the upcoming season with the top club Deutsche Bank Skyliners Frankfurt, in the German first league.
Last September Roger has been invited to the Chicago Bulls training camp. Roger was also invited by the Bulls on September 2008. Since then, Roger has always played in Europe gaining experience in important leagues such as the Israeli premier League with Hapoel Jerusalem, Spanish ACB with Murcia and the French Pro A with JDA Dijon.
