Furstenfeld signs Anthony Shavies
Furstenfeld Panthers decided to sign the 6'3" point guard Anthony Shavies.
Anthony will help the team after they lost Tim Burnette who suffered a torn ligament in game against Gmunden.
"Anthony already knows the environment (having already played 3 years with the team)" said the team manager Karl Sommer. "We needed a scorer, a role model which assumes responsibility in the critical phases. And Anthony accepted our request" Shavies will arrive in Austria tomorrow, while his first game will be on Saturday against Vienna.
