Besiktas Istanbul announces the aggreement with Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul about Carlos Arroyo with the price of 450.000 USD. After the heavy injury of Henry Domercant, Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul was looking for a guard. Arroyo would be free in May so it seems a good deal for both tems. Besiktas Istanbul is looking for a four for the next stages in Euroleague.
