MZT Skopje is the new champion of FYROM. Last night they celebrated a 73-81 win in Kavadarci, closing an almost perfect series with one loss and three victories against Feni Industri.
International center Todor Gecevski chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists for the winners. This is the end of a perfect season for the Macedonian center who averaged 16.4 ppg and 6.1 rpg in 24 matches.
MZT Skopje was the regular season champ with 22-4 record and took home also the FYR Macedonian Cup after 12 years. Next year the team will represent FYROM in the Adriatic League.
