This victory allowed Brasilia to move up in the standings. Giovannoni is one of the most experienced players at Brasilia and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.7ppg (#3). His other stats are also good: 5.8rpg and 3.4apg.
Another great performer of the last round was the center Caio Silveira of S.Jose/Unimed. Silveira scored 18 points and grabbed eleven rebounds (!!!). Silveira has a great season in Brazil. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.9rpg (#1 in league). Caio Silveira has also Brazilian passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.
