Good start by our girls in International cups

Zsofia Fegyverneky and Zsofia Simon lead their team for the first victory in the Euroleague. Sopron won against Spanish Salamanca on home court, Fegyverneky showed to everybody that she's back in shape after she gave birth to her son. She had 15 points, including the game winner jumpshoot on the close endgame. She also dished out 9 assists. Her biggest helping hand was the other Zsofia, Simon who scored 12 points including three threepointers and worked very hard defense against Marginean.
 Udominate Basket lost only on  overtime against Dynamo Moscow on the EuroCup opener. Hollie Mershon had an amazing night with 25 points and 7 assists. The former North Carolina Tar Heel and Finnish National Team player Krista Gross added 11 points and 7 rebounds.
 The point guard of the Hungarian National Team and DVTK Miskolc team, Timea Czank led her team to an important 77:73 victory in Brno with 11 points and 3 assists. Betti Horvath added 3 and Orsi Szecsi 4 points.
 Sam Mackay gave new and positive impulse for Nantes against the Italian Umana Reyer Venezia when she got into the game from the bench. The American point guard scored 11 points with 3 assists during 24 minutes and the Defelerlantes won by 73:65.
 The double-passported Italian-American center Emily Correal signed with Elfoc Fribourg just a couple days before EuroCup start and she proved very well her shape. Correal had a back injury  at the end of last season which is fully recovered now, and she collected 14 points and 5 rebounds against the French team Basket Landes, while spending 32  minutes on the court. 
Uni Gyor lost their first game on home court against the Portugese champion what could have been a surprise but the performance of Tamara Radocaj was absolutely not. The Serbian PG and european champion was the best scorer of her team with 21 points. The former center of Michigan Cyesha Goree  got 15 points and 7 rebounds, while the Hungarian guard Anna Lakloth added 7 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. 
Ally Malott the WNBA rookie of Washington Mystics was the winner player for Botas Adana in Turkish KBSL 2nd round against Euroleague team, Abdullah Gul. Malott had 6 rebounds and scored 15 points included a three pointer that tied the game for overtime.
