Spar Gran Canaria (Spanish LF2) signed 24-year old Hungarian international power forward Zsofia Licskai. She has played for the last two seasons at PEAC-Pecs in Hungarian A Division. In 26 games she had 7.2ppg and 4.1rpg last season. Licskai also played 6 games in Eurocup where she recorded 6.5ppg and 3.2rpg.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others her team won Hungarian Cup in 2013 and 2015.Licskai has been also a member of Hungarian international program for some years. She has regularly played for Hungarian senior team since 2016 and previously for U20 National Team between 2012 and 2013.
Licskai also represented Hungary at the European Championships in Czech Republic last year.She has played also professionally for other Hungarian teams like Sopron Basket and ZTE Noi Kosarlabda Klub.
