Great week for Interperformances' players in Austria

It's been a great week for our players in Austria. 30-year old power forward Davor Lamesic had a very impressive game in the last round for Wels and received a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 10.
He had the game-high 26 points adding five rebounds and four assists for Wels in his team's victory, helping them to crush UBSC Graz (#10, 1-7) with 16-point margin 97-81. Wels is placed at 3rd position in Austrian league. Lamesic has many years of experience at Wels, through which he has constantly improved. Davor Lamesic averages this season 14.0ppg and 5.7rpg.
Another player among the best performers was Gary Ware of St.Polten (#11). Ware scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Despite Ware's great performance St.Polten lost 80-101 to slightly higher-ranked Arkadia (#9, 2-6). Italian-Argentinian forward Fabricio Vay fired 23 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Bulgarian Dimitar Dimitrov chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds. Ware has a very solid season. In 9 games in Austria he scored 11.4ppg. He also has 5.0rpg and FGP: 58.2%.
Arkadia Lions' next round opponent will be higher ranked Gmunden Swans (#5) in Gmunden and it may be quite challenging game. St.Polten will play on the road against Xion Dukes (#4) in Klosterneuburg.
