Guillem Vives hits game winning three-pointer for Valencia
In the only battle of
previously unbeaten teams, Valencia Basket edged ratiopharm Ulm 79-82 on a pair
of late Guillem Vives threes.
Ulm led by as many as 18 in the first half and fended off Valencia's second half runs to lead by 4 midway through the fourth quarter and by 3 with 44 seconds left. However Vives took charge after that to push Valencia to victory. Vives finished with 21 points and 9 assists, with a final evaluation index of 31.
Valencia next Eurocup game will be on November 4th, against Umana Venezia.
