Coaches and players of Liga Endesa, journalists and fans decided that Guillem Vives is the best young player of 2013-2014 Liga Endesa! FIATC Joventut's point guard won award for players born in 1992 or later who averaged at least 10 minutes per game and played in at least half of their team's games.
Guillem Vives is playing 28,0 minutes per game this season - the most of all youngsters. His averages are 8,4 points, 4,2 assists, 3,4 rebounds and performance index rating of 10,8 per game. He had performance index rating of 10 or more in 20 out of 33 games. The best performance of 20-year-old point guard was in Round 3, against Gipuzkoa Basket - 16 points, 11 rebounds (PIR of 24). Interestingly, Guillem Vives played in only three Liga Endesa games prior to this season's explosion.
