French club Hainaut Basket has signed Hungarian forward Rita Rasheed, who will replace Belgian winger Antonia Delaere,
Delaere tore her ACL during European U20 Championship in Italy less than 2 weeks ago.
Rasheed played last season Italy for Fila San Martino Di Lupari, where she averaged 13.6 points, 2.8 rebounds per game. Before that she played in Hungary for Gyor and Szeged.
Rita was All Star in Italy 2014 and she was a member of the Hungarian National Team in the summer.
The 2012 Hungarian champion and Guard of the year will continue in one of the best leagues in Europe.
