Hapoel Eilat changed their roster by signing the guard-forward Larry O'Bannon who already played in Israel with Maccabi Bazan Haifa & Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion.
O'Bannon graduated in 2005 and since then played with the Red Star Belgrade, Udine, Napoli & Academic Sofia. On January 2009 he signed with Rishon and had an amazing averages of 17.3 ppg & 4.9 rpg. He continued another year with the club, placing average of 16 ppg & 2.8 rpg. A year later he signed with Maccabi Bazan Haifa and placed 12.9 ppg, 3.3 rpg & 2.4 apg in 8 matches, before he was released due to an injury. In the last two years he played with Argentine side, Boca Juniors and this year he started with Swiss side Vacallo, with average of 17.8 ppg, 3/1 rpg & 3/2 apg before joining to Oded Kattash's club.
