
Holon adds Bone to their roster
Elitzur Holon (Israeli D1) added to their roster 29-year old American center Kelsey Bone for next season. She played in 19/20 season at Fujian in Chinese WCBA. In 18 games she was league's third best scorer with impressive 27.8ppg and had 10.1rpg, 2.6apg and 1.1spg. A very spectacular season in her career as she was selected Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese WCBA Defensive Player of the Year and voted to 2nd Team. The previous (18-19) season Bone played at CBK Mersin Yanisehir Belediyesi in Turkish KBSL where in 19 games she recorded very remarkable stats: 15.8ppg, 8.7rpg and 2.5apg. She helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Bone also played 6 games in Eurocup where she averaged 11.5ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.8apg. The other team Bone played shortly was CCC Polkowice in Polish EBLK. In three games she got 12.3ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.3apg. She also played 2 games in Euroleague where she got 7.5ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.5apg and 1.0spg.In 2013 Bone was drafted by New York Liberty (WNBA) as #5 pick overall.She attended Texas A&M University and it is her ninth season in pro basketball.Bone is quite experienced player. Her career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in four different countries. Bone tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. She has played previously professionally also in Italy (NPL Dike), WNBA (Connecticut Sun, Phoenix Mercury and LV Aces) and Turkey (Galatasaray and Girne Universitesi).
