The international center Marton Bader put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Szolnok, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 17.
The 31-year old player had a double-double of 27 points and 15 rebounds, while his team edged out Szedeak (#11, 5-12) 90-88. Szolnok maintains the 4th position in Hungarian A Division. They are still close to the very top. They have a solid 13-3 record.
It's Bader's second year at Szolnok and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Marton Bader has solid league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 9.0rpg) and averages impressive 67.9% FGP.
