Born on February 15th, 1996, Gaddy stands tall at 6'5", making him a valuable asset to any team. He began his basketball journey at Pfeiffer University in 2015-2016 before moving to Louisburg College in 2016-2017, where he played 35 games and averaged 8.0 points per game, 3.0 rebounds per game, and 1.1 assists per game.

Gaddy continued to improve his game, and in the 2018-2019 season at Saint Augustine's College, he was a starting five player, averaging 11.1 points per game, 3.1 rebounds per game, and 1.1 assists per game. He maintained his impressive form in the following season, playing 30 games and averaging 11.3 points per game and 2.9 rebounds per game.

In 2021-2022, Gaddy played for KK Rabotnicki AD Skopje in North Macedonia, where he played 12 games, averaging 8.5 points per game, 2.0 rebounds per game, and 1.4 assists per game. He also played for the North Carolina Capitals in the ECBL in 2022.

Gaddy's most recent stint has been with Gence BK Ganja in Azerbaijan, where he played 13 games, averaging 12.5 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, 2.8 assists per game, and 1.0 steal per game. His impressive performances on the court have earned him various awards and accolades, including a place on the CIAA All-Tournament Team in 2019, NJCAA Division II Sweet 16 in 2018, NJCAA D2 District X Regular Season Champion in 2018, NJCAA Division II Finalist in 2017, and NJCAA D2 District XIV Champion in 2017 and 2018.
