Born on February 5, 1992, in Detroit, Michigan, Howard Jr. has played for teams across Canada, Spain, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Mexico, Switzerland, and the United States.
As the son of former NBA star Juwan Howard and Markita Blyden, Howard Jr. has had basketball in his blood from a young age. He attended Pershing High School in Detroit, where he averaged 16.2 points and 8.0 rebounds per game during the 2008-2009 season. The following year, he upped his game, recording an impressive 24.7 points and 12.3 rebounds per game.
Howard Jr. then played college basketball for Wesatern Michigan University and the University of Detroit Mercy, where he showed off his impressive skills on the court. He went on to play in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2015 and has since played professionally in Europe and Mexico.
