Interperformances is excited to announce the signing of Keowa Walters, a rising star in the world of women's basketball hailing from Canada. Keowa's basketball journey has been one of determination and growth, beginning in Gainesville, FL, where she showcased her skills at The Rock School during the 2016-2017 season, followed by a stint at Vaughan Secondary School in Thornhill, ON, during the 2017-2018 season.
Throughout her collegiate career, Keowa consistently demonstrated her dedication and commitment to the game. Her time at the University of Buffalo was marked by steady improvement, with notable achievements including averaging 6.1 points and 5.7 rebounds per game during the 2020-2021 season. She continued to excel at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she contributed an average of 6.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in the 2021-2022 season.
Keowa's accomplishments on the court are commendable, including being part of the MAC Tournament-winning team in 2019, reaching the MAC Tournament Semifinals in 2021, and achieving the Atlantic 10 Tournament Semifinals in 2022. With her versatile skills as a power forward and center, Keowa Walters adds depth and talent to our roster of exceptional athletes.
