Ashley showcased her skills during her time at the University of Southern Indiana, where she earned numerous accolades, including being named to the All-GLVC First Team and achieving Academic All-GLVC Honors. Her outstanding performance led her team to two Division II NCAA Tournament appearances, maintaining an impressive overall record of 64-23.

In the 2019-20 season, Ashley averaged 13.1 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists per game, demonstrating her exceptional ability to contribute both as a scorer and a playmaker. After completing her successful stint in the US, she continued to shine on an international stage, joining Loughborough University in the UK and helping them secure the BUCS Division 1 Premier League Championship in 2023.
