Jacob Jaacks signs with Telekom Bonn

The Telekom Baskets Bonn have completed the signing of the 6'10” experienced Jacob Jaacks. The 33 year powerforward/center played in six different countries in the last years.
Jacob played college basketball in South Dakota and Iowa. In Europe he started as a rookie with the French ProB team Limoges. After spending another season in France, Jaacks played alternately between Italian top leagues and Spanish LEB Gold. In these years the American player has been part of the rosters of Acqua Lauretana Biella, Calefacciones Farho Gijon Baloncesto, Edimes Pavia, CB Ourense and Amatori Snaidero Udine. In 2007-08, he played for Besiktas ColaTurka Istanbul in the Turkish TBL league and for BC Kyiv in the Ukrainian Superleague. The next season he went back to Italy, where he joined Banca Tercas Teramo. Last year, Jacob played in Israel for Hapoel Afula where, in 13 games, he averaged 7.6ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.5apg.
