The 2010/11 Mastercard Baltic Basketball League Elite division title stays in Lithuania, with the same winner of the past season: B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas.
Playing the final in front of 5000 fans, on their court in Kaunas, Zalgiris kept home their title winning the match against VEF Riga 75-67. Tadas Klimavicius was instrumental for the winners with 15 points, nine rebounds and a final valuation index of 26 points. He was especially clinical in the opening stages of the final quarter when the game still looked like it could go either way.
Also Paulius Jankunas finished in double figures with 12 points scored and 4 rebounds grabbed.
