6.1” point guard Jarryd Loyd has joined the prestigious team PGE Turow Zgorzelec  in the Polish first league. The team, headed by coach Andrej Urlep, is currently fifth in the Polisk PLK standings, and in the last three years always made it to the finals, winning the regular season in 2008.
Jarryd started the 2009-10 season in another Polish team, ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola, where he averaged 15.5 ppg, grabbing 4.1 rebounds. He is the second leader of the PLK League in assists with 5.8 apg.
