Canadian Jermaine Watson has signed with Regatas Corrientes in the Argentinian LigaA. The 6'4” combo guard who is more a shooting guard than a point guard has played most of his career in the Americas. Last year he was third in scoring for the Miami Tropics in the Liga Americas with 21.9 ppg. He also played for Halcones UV Xalapa in Mexico, 21.1 ppg and for Gaiteros de Zulia in Venezuela, 16.3 ppg. Jermaine played for Boston College in the NCAA.
