One of the best players in the last round of the Italian Serie B was Argentinian Juan Manuel Caceres  of league's second-best Valmontone. Caceres scored 28 points and grabbed eleven rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Valmontone, leading his team to a 86-64 easy win against the lower-ranked Forli Tigers (#8, 10-12). Valmontone is closer and closer to top of the standings in Group C. They will still need more victories. But 17-3 record is really good... Caceres has a very solid season. In 15 games in Italy he scored 11.1ppg. He also has 4.8rpg and FGP: 60.2%. Juan Manuel Caceres has also Italian passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.
