One of the most remarkable performances in last round's games of the Mexican LNN Pwas 26-year old American power forward Justin Keenan of Pioneros. Keenan impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 35 points and 13 rebounds. It was enough for Pioneros to edge slightly lower-ranked Huracanes (7-4) by 1 point 93-92. This victory allowed Pioneros to move up to 4th position in the standings. His team's 9-4 record is not bad at all. Keenan is a newcomer at Pioneros and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.
Pioneros will play against Correcaminos (#7) in Ciudad Victoria in the next round. Huracanes will play at home against Gansos and hope to get back on the winning track.
