Interperformances is pleased to announce that Canadian-born Keowa Walters has signed with Forssan Alku in the Finland-Korisliiga league.

Walters' journey in basketball showcases her dedication and growth as a player. Beginning in her collegiate years at the University of Buffalo, she steadily improved her game, culminating in impressive stats during the 2019-2020 season with 5.2 points per game and 4.8 rebounds per game, boasting a field goal percentage of 59.8%. Her contributions were instrumental in the University of Buffalo's success, including a MAC Tournament win in 2019.

After transferring to Virginia Commonwealth University, Walters continued to make her presence felt on the court. She consistently brought her  skills to the starting five and played a vital role in the team's journey to the Atlantic 10 Tournament Semifinals in 2022.

At 6'2" with a versatile role as a Power Forward and Center, Walters brings her skills and experience to Forssan Alku, where she aims to make a significant impact in the Finland-Korisliiga league.
