Energa Czarni Slupsk (Polish PLK) strengthened their roster with addition of 29-year old American point guard Kevin Anderson. He played recently at Austin Spurs (D-League) in the U.S. The last season Anderson played at Enosis in Cypriot Division A where in four games he recorded 14.8ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.3apg and 1.0spg. He also played earlier that season for Apollon Patras in Greek A1. In 5 games he averaged 7.8ppg, 3.2rpg and 2.2apg. The other team Anderson played that season for was Sparta (Total League) in Luxembourg. In 8 games he had very impressive stats: 20.1ppg, 6.1rpg, 3.5apg and 2.0spg. He also spent pre-season at Nea Kifisia (A1) in Greece earlier that year. Three years ago (three years after he left the college) Anderson was drafted by Erie BayHawks (D-League) in fifth round (74th overall). The former University of Richmond standoutis in his sixth season in pro basketball. His team made it to the Swiss Cup final in 2013. Anderson is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in France (Strasbourg IG), Italy (AV Cantu), Turkey (Aliaga), NBA (Cleveland Cavaliers) and D-League (Erie Bay Hawks and Canton Charge).
