The American guard arrives after an impressive campaign in China with the Zhejiang Golden Bulls, where he averaged 15.4 points, 5.1 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game, and most recently played with the Gigantes de Carolina in Puerto Rico. A product of the University of Arizona, Simmons brings valuable NBA experience from stints with the Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers, Charlotte Hornets, and Toronto Raptors.
