Crvena Zvezda celebrated the Serbian Cup title. They edged Vrbas Medela in the Final in Vrbas. Crvena Zvezda eked out a 24:22 lead ten minutes into the game. They extended the gap in the second period. Crvena Zvezda piled up a 46:32 halftime lead. Vrbas Medela cut the deficit in the third term. The hosts got within 8 points at the final intermission. Vrbas Medela worked hard to deny the deficit in the fourth stanza but Crvena Zvezda hung on to eke out a tough win at the end. Our client, the 6'2" Serbian forward Natasa Kovacevic contributed to the victory by scoring 4 points. Natasa made her comeback last November after an amazing recovery from her car accident in September 2013.
