BC Kyiv Basket (Ukrainian Superleague) added to their roster 26-year old Virgin Islander international guard Deon Edwin. He played last season at Khimik. In 38 Superleague games in Ukraine he had very impressive stats: 16.4ppg, 6.2rpg, 4.9apg (top 3) and 1.4spg. Edwin helped them to win the league title despite they ended the regular season at the second place. A very spectacular season in his career as he was selected Eurobasket.com All-Ukrainian Superleague Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and Finals MVP.The previous (17-18) season he played at KTP Basket (Korisliiga) in Finnish league where in 44 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 15.4ppg, 6.2rpg, 2.2apg and 1.2spg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week. Edwin has been regularly called to U.S. Virgin Islands Senior National Team since 2012.He graduated from Kent State in 2017 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
