Luther Head will continue his career in China. Jiangsu Nangang Dragons decided to reinforce their roster, so they agreed on terms of contract with the American guard for the 2011/12 season.
Last season Luther played for the Sacramento Kings. He averaged 6.1 points, 2.1 assists and 1.8 rebounds per appearance. In 2009/10, Head played for the Indiana Pacers, and from 2005 to 2009, he was a member of the Houston Rockets. They selected him as 24th overall pick at the 2005 NBA Draft. The guard participated at 2006 All-Star Rookie Games. He also made it into NBA All-Rookie 2nd Team the same season.
