
Lynetta Kizer agreed terms with Broni
Della Fiore Broni (Italian Serie A1) strengthened their roster with addition of 30-year old Bosnian international center Lynetta Kizer. She has a double citizenship as she also holds Bosnia and Herzegovina passport. Kizer played in the summer at Atlanta Dream (WNBA). She managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!). First Kizer played at CCC Polkowice (Polish EBLK) in Polish league where in 23 games she recorded 10.7ppg and 5.0rpg in 2018-19 season. She helped them to win the league title and the cup. Kizer also played 9 games in Euroleague where she averaged 7.8ppg and 5.6rpg. She contributed to her team making it to the quarterfinals.In 2012 Kizer was drafted by Tulsa Shock (WNBA) in third round (29th overall).The former University of Maryland standout is in her ninth season in pro basketball.She also represented Bosnia at the Qualifications to European Championships 2017 four years ago. Her stats at that event were 4 games: Score-4 (19.8ppg), 9.3rpg, 1.0apg, 1.8spg, FGP: 50.8%, FT: 88.2%.Kizer is a very experienced player. Thanks to her pro career she managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America) in six different countries. Kizer has played previously professionally in China (Sports Lottery), Greece (Olympiacos), Slovakia (Good Angels), Turkey (Fenerbahce and Galatasaray), WNBA (Connecticut Sun, Indiana Fever and Minnesota Lynx) and South Korea (KB Stars).Among many awards Kizer received Eurobasket.com All-Greek League Player of the Year award and Eurobasket.com All-Greek League 1st Team award back in 2017.
