NBA team Denver Nuggets added to their roster 28-year old swingman Marcus Williams.
A 6-foot-7 forward out of Arizona, Williams has played 39 minutes in the NBA since the Spurs selected him with the No. 33 pick in the 2007 draft. The majority of that time has been with the Clippers, who signed him in March of 2008. Williams has also spent time in the NBA's Development League, with the Austin Toros, and the Chinese Basketball Association, with Shanxi Zhongyu, where he has played for the last three seasons. Last season, in 32 games he was fourth best scorer with impressive 28.9ppg and had 5.3rpg, 3.7apg and 2.4spg (in top 5). A very spectacular year in his career as he was selected Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese CBA Forward of the Year, Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese WCBA Forward of the Year and voted to 1st Team.
