Lithuanian guard Martynas Pocius helped Zalgiris Kaunas win over Ventpils 81-69 in the beginning of the Baltic League with the BBL Cup semifinals. The 6'5” 23 years old scored 16 points. Martynas played the last four years with Duke University, one of the top teams in the NCAA. This past summer he played with Lithuania in the World University Games and was named to Eurobasket.com All-World University Games 1st Team, where he averaged 13.5 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 1, apg and 1.4 spg.
