Martynas Pocius selected the top Lithuanian playing abroad in last week's games
#1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Martynas Pocius. He was the major contributor in a Real Madrid's victory against the closely-ranked Gescrap BB (5-2) 98-84 in the Spanish ACB in Sunday night's game. Pocius recorded 18 points in a mere 18 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Real Madrid (7-0) is placed first in the ACB. So far his team won all seven games in the Regular Season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Pocius averages: 7.9ppg, 1.7rpg, 3FGP: 62.5%(10-16) and FT: 87.5% in the seven games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Lithuanian senior national team.
