6'9” Power Forward/ Center Maurice Taylor has signed a representation agreement with Interperformances. Thanks to his Italian roots, “Mo”, as he is often called, applied for Italian Nationality, which he acquired on March '09.
Taylor attended the University of Michigan. In 1997, he was drafted 14th overall by the Los Angeles Clippers, team with which he played for the following three years. Maurice kept playing in the NBA until the 2008/09 season, when he moved overseas, joining the Italian first league's team Armani Jeans Milano. Last season he signed at Shanxi Zhongyu, in China, then moved to Benetton Treviso, still in the Italian first league.
