Last season, the former Drexel guard Hollie Mershon played for the Lithuanian champion Kibirkstis-VICI-IKI Vilnius, averaging 8.5 points in the Euroleague, being named MVP of the Lithuanian finals and clinching the Lithuanian cup and championship.
Hollie started the 2014-15 season with Quinta dos Lombos in Portugal, team competing only in the EuroCup, where she collected 8.7ppg and 2.2apg for her team.
The 24 years old combo guard will move back to Lithuania, where she has just signed the contract with BC Utena. Utena needs her to help them to win the championship and the Lithuanian cup. Hollie started with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists on her first game and will face 4th place Fortuna later today.
