American-FYR Macedonian Michael Wilkinson had an amazing evening in the last round for Lokomotiv Kuban and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 8.
The 30-year old forward had the game-high 22 points adding nine rebounds for Lokomotiv in his team's victory, helping them to beat Khimky 73-66. (...) In the team's last game Wilkinson had a remarkable 61.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Lokomotiv's top player in his first season with the team. University of Wisconsin graduate has very impressive stats this year. Wilkinson is in league's top in rebounds (4th best: 6.5rpg) and averages solid 52.6% FGP.
