Mihalis Kakiouzis signs with Roma
Mihalis Kakiouzis will continue his career in Italy. The 35-year-old Greek penned a deal for rest of the season with the option of terminating after a month.
Kakiouzis started this season with Vanoli-Braga Cremona. He appeared four times in Serie A averaging 8.5 points and 5.3 rebounds.
Mihalis Kakiouzis spent 2010/11 with French Le Mans. Actually, he joined them in December and later collected 9 ppg, plus 4.2 rpg for 21 games in ProA. He also added 7.3 ppg and 3.9 rpg for 8 EuroCup games.
In 2009/10, Mihalis Kakiouzis was a member of Aris and he spent one year with Efes Pilsen before that.
In the past, he played for Cajasol, Barcelona, Montepaschi and AEK Athens. Mihalis Kakiouzis was a member of the Greek NT from 1995 to 2007.
